Baby shower fun checklist!

Checklist

Print out this handy list to ensure your baby shower runs smoothly and nothing is forgotten. We have left space at the end of each section for you to add anything you feel may also be required.

AT LEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE

  • Choose date and time
  • choose location
  • write a guestlist
  • decide on any themes, games etc
  • choose food/drinks/nibbles

2/3 WEEKS BEFORE

  • send out invitations
  • order cake/flowers/food if required
  • book venue if needed
  • choose decorations/games/gifts

THE WEEK BEFORE

  • guest count
  • prepare venue (if it is in someones home)
  • buy and wrap gift for mum to be
  • get camera ready
  • prepare party favours and/or prizes
  • put up decorations/banners etc
  • pick up cake, drinks, napkins etc

ON THE DAY

  • set up buffet/drinks table
  • have a bin bag (or 2 or 3) handy for rubbish
  • check games are ready
  • set aside an area/table for gifts
  • last minute decorations
